ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

I made a mistake on my order.

If you’ve made a mistake on your order, contact us within 24 hours after the order was placed to request any changes or modifications.  

I received the wrong item.

Send us an email with your order number and we will contact you with further instructions.  

My shipment tracking isn’t working. When will my package arrive?

Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to update.

I think my package may have been lost in the mail.

If your package is confirmed as lost in the mail by the shipping carrier, we will either send you a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

My shipment was marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything.

If you believe your package has been stolen, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

How do I care for my garment?

We recommend washing all of our items by hand, in cold water, with a natural soap. Air dry.

What size should I order?

We have conveniently included individual sizing charts, located on each product page, to help you make the right selection. To view all of our charts, refer to our sizing charts page.

I don’t see my measurements on the sizing charts.

We try to make our sizing as inclusive as possible. If your measurements aren’t listed, contact us to inquire about special ordering.

How will I know if/when an item will be restocked?
